THE NAME OF JESUS

There is no other Name by which we can be saved and that Name is above all names! At that Name every knee shall bow and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. All things holy pertain to that Name. There is life in no other.

"And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it." ... John 14:13,14

So it's important for us to have a proper understanding of that Name and the Power and Authority it carries.

Before delving into the significance of the NAME of JESUS and a name in particular, (in the next study) I wanted to make a list of the Names and Titles that have been used for Him.

The name JESUS in Greek is Joshua, meaning "God is salvation."

Here are some titles for Jesus Christ in the New Testament.
