Stan and I did a skit sometimes as a Minnie Pearl wannabe and her "sweetie" Cornpone Homer. I sang a song to him called, "Hey Big Boy, Don't Do Me Any Favors!" while I was trying to ward off his marriage proposal with insults, which he thought were amorous advances.

I couldn't find the picture of him in costume, but I can say this: He looked a hayseed straight from the hills! I played a solo on my Kazoo for the turnaround, and actually got a standing ovation! Am I good or what!

We also used the costumes for Children's' church once in a while. We were leaders in that ministry for a while til we both had nervous breakdowns. Just kidding!!!!
