This was the original group that made up The Witnesses. We regrouped from Country Gospel Caravan, and felt we needed a new name. "And ye shall be witnesses unto all the earth" Guy and Bonnie Parnell joined us and they made a fantastic addition both in musical talent and testimony. They had both been delivered from drugs and the occult.

Guy was a real professional, and the best guitarist we'd ever heard. He actually did a command performance before the King of Thailand. He played with some pretty famous people before he came to the Lord and dedicated his talent to God's service. Guy came from a music loving missionary family. The Parnells of Collinsville. (He's an uncle to Roy Parnell, the country singer) He was a great songwriter as well. And Bonnie was a natural at harmony and a great vocalist. She complimented Guy in his ministry because they'd been through so much in the world together and God had done so much in both their lives. We all learned very much from them.
