Stan's Granndma, Nora Goddard was an important part of his life when he was growing up. He spent lot of time staying with her. He loved her so much and has sweet memories of their time together. He tells of an incident where she came in with a switch and threatened to whip him, and he hid under the bed, and she said, "Sonny Boy, do you see this switch?" (which by the way she probably wasn't going to use anyway) and he said, "No Grandma, I don't see the switch." And as she was leaving, he said, "Grandma, you know why I don't see the switch? Cause I have my eyes closed." She cracked up and of course, he got away with whatever he'd done.

He says she was a loving person and her memory is dear to his heart. I wonder if we all look at our Grandmothers that way. I know I do. In loving memory for Stan.
