From Genelle
...
I
grew up the only girl with
two brothers. Ronny, my younger
brother and I loved each other
dearly and my memories of
him are so precious.
He
grew into a handsome man,
intelligent, with a winning
personality, a wonderful sense
of humor and a caring heart!
Ronny had a way with people
that endeared him to everyone
who knew him. He could always
make me smile.
He
spent some time in the Navy,
and later began a long career
as a policeman. He and his
sweet wife, Diana, had two
children together, and later,
grandchildren and a houseful
of dogs.
Ronny
was a Christian so I know
he's alive, not only in my
heart, but he's alive and
well in heaven! He went home
to be with the Lord on May
27th, 2005. He is not gone,
only absent from our presence
because he is now more alive
and well than ever and in
the presence of God, our Heavenly
Father. He is (not was) a
shining light in this world
and left a legacy of love
that will remain in our hearrts
forever.
He
is missed so very much and
our hearts are heavy with
sorrow, but we know he is
in a better place. It is we
who remain here for a time
who feel the loss. Ronny awaits
us to meet him there someday
where we will all be together
for eternity. I'm so proud
he's my brother!
I
have another very special
page in mind to make on this
site and on 'Genelle's Christian
Music Home' to celebrate Ronny's
life. I think it's time. A
special thanks goes to Marjorie
for the poem she was nspired
to share with me and dedicated
it now to Ronny's memory.
I shared some cherished memories
with her during the times
of greiving, missing him so
much.
This
poem is dedicated to the memory
of my beloved brother, Ronny.
I miss him so much!

The eternal
life that the Lord died for,
is ours!
Ours at
the moment He saves our souls!
We are
eternal, never again to fear
separation
Forever
bonded with those who believe
in our Lord Jesus.

The distance
that death seems to bring
closes.
Instantly
we are one in the Lord Jesus
United
in faith whether here or there
His chosen
people, God's children

Those paused
in the waiting room of Heaven,
And we
here who are heading upward
On the
straight and narrow way.
Together
in spirit - loved ones safely
Home now ...

They are
resting, rejoicing, singing
praises
Waiting
for our final bow to earth.
And to
all its challenges and turmoil
They are
waiting for us to join them.

Praise
the Lord for His Goodness
and Mercy
For His
ever present help in danger
For His
love and the security it gives
us
For the
resting place for our loved
ones.

We will
see them again; God shall
reign in Glory.
Our Lord
will greet us there to hold
us.
A great
reunion will be held anon
We shall
sing the Old, Old Story and
a new song.

memory of Ronny, Genelle's
